Set beside Hackney Downs, The Otto is a residential development that also supports the neighbouring primary school with upgraded community facilities.

The brand took inspiration from its setting and name. Otto, derived from the Persian word for distilled plant essence, informed a sensorial identity rooted in nature. Bespoke illustrations—each inspired by local flora—added depth and character. The result was a brand rich with texture and meaning, standing apart in a crowded market with a tone that felt both personal and poetic.
