LCCA — Redesigning creative education for a new generation

London College of Contemporary Arts needed a brand identity that could break from the conventions of higher education—moving beyond institutional clichés to reflect the energy, ambition and individuality of modern creative culture. The rebrand positioned LCCA as a place where emerging talent could shape their own path, with an identity designed to feel expressive, confident and culturally connected.

The visual system brought to life the idea of SELF. MADE. It embraced contrast and flexibility: bold typography, graphic framing devices and a vibrant, editorial-inspired aesthetic designed to shift fluidly across disciplines, from fashion and gaming to business and hospitality. Abstract, concptual illustrations and expressive composition created a brand that felt less like academia and more like participation in contemporary culture itself. Built to work across print, digital, spatial and campaign environments, the identity transformed LCCA into a more visible, disruptive and creatively magnetic presence within the education sector.
